Riverfest Cincinnati Live Stream Online
Event Information:
This has now evolved into an all day event is held every year on the day before Labor Day. The corporate sponsors are WEBN and Cincinnati Bell. This agreement started in May 2007, ending a 17 year partnership with Toyota. In 2010, CarMax has come on board as a corporate title sponsor of Riverfest. The CarMax Riverfest is filled with many activities and ends with a gathering on the banks of the Ohio River in Cincinnati, Ohio, Covington, KY, and Newport, KY to watch a spectacular fireworks show. The fireworks are provided by Rozzi's Famous Fireworks Inc. The show attracts over 500,000 to the area every year. Over 2,500 boats jam the river to get a front row seat for the show, and the river is patrolled by the US Coast Guard, Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife, Ohio Department of Natural Resources, and local units from Cincinnati, and Covington. The river is normally closed between the Roebling Suspension Bridge and the Big Mac (Interstate 471) bridge.
WEBN (102.7 FM) is a commercial radio station serving Greater Cincinnati, airing an album-oriented rock (AOR) format. The station pioneered the concept of album-oriented rock, and is in fact the longest running AOR-formatted station in the United States, first airing this format in 1967. The station is owned and operated by Clear Channel Communications. It is the only rock station out of Cincinnati's three rock stations not owned by Cumulus Media, owner of alternative rock station WFTK & classic rocker WOFX-FM.

A very strict Christian classmate, Marianne (Amanda Bynes) overhears and spreads the rumor. Olive later agrees to pretend that she lost her virginity to her gay friend, Brandon (Dan Byrd). Several boys learn what she has done and beg her to perform the same service for them, hoping to gain some of her newfound fame. This eventually turns into a full-fledged business, lucrative and socially beneficial for Olive, enough so to gain the ire of her rival, Marianne, who doesn't like the attention she's getting. Marianne therefore starts a string of rumors in order to bring down Olive's reputation and force her to leave the school. Olive's life begins to resemble that of Hester Prynne in Nathaniel Hawthorne's The Scarlet Letter. Venice is a district on the Westside of Los Angeles, California, United States. It is known for its canals, beaches and circus-like Ocean Front Walk, that features performers, fortune-tellers and vendors. Throughout the summer months, the boardwalk is actively entertaining, and this tradition continues on weekends in the winter. It is an important tourist attraction in Southern California, and has retained its popularity in part because it is an attractive location for walking and bicycling. It was home to some of Los Angeles' early beat poets and artists and has served as important cultural center of the city.
Venice is bordered by the Pacific Ocean on the southwest, by the unincorporated Marina Del Rey on the southeast, by Culver City on the east, by the Los Angeles neighborhood of Mar Vista on the northeast, and by the city of Santa Monica on the north. Venice Beach includes the beach, the promenade that runs parallel to the beach ("Ocean Front Walk" or just "the boardwalk"), Muscle Beach, the handball courts, the paddle tennis courts, Skate Dancing plaza, the numerous beach volleyball courts, the bike trail and the businesses on Ocean Front Walk. The basketball courts in Venice are renowned across the country for their high level of streetball; numerous NBA players developed their games or recruited on these courts.

Labor Day is a United States federal holiday observed on the first Monday in September (September 6 in 2010)
Traditionally, Labor Day is celebrated by most Americans as the symbolic end of the summer. The holiday is often regarded as a day of rest and parties. Speeches or political demonstrations are more low-key than May 1 Labor Day celebrations in most countries, although events held by labor organizations often feature political themes and appearances by candidates for office, especially in election years. Forms of celebration include picnics, barbecues, fireworks displays, water sports, and public art events. Families with school-age children take it as the last chance to travel before the end of summer recess. Similarly, some teenagers and young adults view it as the last weekend for parties before returning to school, although school starting times now vary.
In U.S. sports, Labor Day marks the beginning of the NFL and college football seasons. NCAA teams usually play their first games the week before Labor Day, with the NFL traditionally playing their first game the Thursday following Labor Day. The Southern 500 NASCAR auto race was held that day from 1950 to 2004.

Independence Day on Capitol Hill
It's that time of year again, when the whole American nation stops to celebrate their independence - the 4th of July is here!
Where better to celebrate Independence Day than in the US capital. After a parade featuring 100 marching units along Constitution Avenue, the popular music begins. There's a programme of renowned performers, before the day ends with a firework display.
Watch the bands, balloons and flamboyant floats pass by in the National Independence Day Parade, starting at the National Archives Building on Pennsylvania Avenue and heading down Constitution Avenue between 7th and 17th Streets. Bring an American flag and admire cheerleaders dressed from head to toe in red, white and blue chanting until their voices are hoarse.
The open-air concert on the West Lawn of the iconic US Capitol Building is a real show business affair, the line-up reading like a Who's Who of who's hot. Expect anyone from Olympic champions to chart-topping singers. Past guest performers have ranged from Dolly Parton and Ray Charles to Elmo, America's beloved fluffy red Muppet.
My World Webcams provides a live webcam view of events, so you can watch remotely form wherever you are in the world:
